This charming, two-story, 4 bedroom, 1 bath, Mankato home, located on a tree-lined street is within walking distance of North River Road in Downtown Mankato and features a wrap-around porch. The raised planter beds provide the opportunity to grow your own vegetables or cut-flower garden.

The ground floor features a living room, a formal dining room, a huge kitchen with room for casual dining, and the laundry room, which boasts an extra-capacity washer and dryer. Enjoy your favorite meals in the huge kitchen that features a fridge, a microwave, and designated cupboard spaces. The only ground-floor bedroom doesn’t share a wall with any other bedroom, is a spacious 105 sf, features two new vinyl windows, and is currently available.

The second floor features two spacious bedrooms, a smaller bedroom, and a large bathroom with a huge shower. Views from the second-floor bedrooms offer enchanting, golden-hour, morning sunrises, and evening sunsets. The forward and rear upstairs bedrooms don’t share walls with any other bedroom, except, occasionally, when the third, middle, upstairs bedroom, which is our own private room for when we visit from out-of-town, is rented to short-term medical professionals from Furnished Finder. At a spacious 169 sf, the forward upstairs bedroom features a walk-in closet, and is currently available. The rear upstairs bedroom boasts a generous 173 sf bedroom, and is also currently available.

Best of all, the spacious yard is ideal for outdoor relaxation and recharging. Enjoy the opportunity to grow your own vegetables or fresh-cut flowers in a raised planter bed, and seize the opportunity to use the on-site electric mower. Generous off-street parking can be found at the rear of the house, adjacent to the alley-way. Street-parking is also plentiful for visiting guests.

Get ready to relax and unwind at this peaceful Mankato location. Walk out your front door and take a stroll to Mankato’s Riverfront Drive; grab a cup of coffee at The Coffee Hagg, or check out a book at the County Library. This is a very clean house. For us this means:

  • Whenever we use the kitchen or common areas, we clean it up completely, right after use.
  • There’s no crumbs/splats/utensils left, and thoughts such as “Mostly” clean or “Get to it later” – aren’t going on.

Lease & Income Requirements:

  • 6 Month Lease; Month-to-month thereafter
  • Income requirement: verifiable gross monthly income equal to 3 X’s monthly rent ($1,575)
