This spacious unfurnished bedroom doesn’t share walls with any other bedroom, and is currently available for a single, non-smoking/vaping, pet, fire-arm, and drug-free, vaccinated adult; unfortunately we are not currently renting to children or couples.
The $750/mo price which includes: utilities, shampoo, cream rinse, body wash, and toilet paper, reflects the fact that you’d be sharing a bathroom with a female roommate, and access to the kitchen IS NOT included. However, at 223 sf, there’s plenty of space in the room for a mini-fridge, microwave, hotplate, & coffee maker.

We practice respectful, kind, keeping-current communication. We’re warmly amicable and genuinely happy to see and greet each other, and catch-up. It’s a harmonious environment.
We respect one another’s space. Our practice is to check in with each other to see if it’s a good time to chat.
While we are mindful about our effect on others – quiet hours are between 10P – 7A, during other hours we also expect people to make reasonable noises associated with living.
Whenever we use the common areas, we clean it up completely, right after use; we don’t store our personal belongings in common areas.
We also don’t store our personal toiletries on the bathroom vanity; rather, we keep them in our designated cupboards/drawers.
Due to hardwood floors and carpets, we leave our street-shoes at the door.
I’m fairly sensitive to odors, so no heavy smelling cleaning products, candles, or incense; essential oils and personal cologne/perfume, within reason, are OK.
