This room is available for $525/mo., with a 6 month or more lease; short-term stays are $850/mo. For long-term stays, landlord pays for water, sewer, trash, & wi-fi; gas & electricity are paid by tenants and is $175/mo. for each tenant; short-term stays include all utilities. Refundable security deposit is $500 for long-term lease and $300 for stays shorter than 6 mo. This offer is for a single adult; unfortunately we are not currently renting to children or couples.
