Enjoy this private 9.5’ X 11’ = 105 sf ground-floor bedroom. This spacious bedroom is the only bedroom on the ground floor, doesn’t share a wall with any other bedroom, and is currently occupied by Victor, a twenty-something software engineer.
As experienced AirBnB Hosts, we may be open to converting this property into an AirBnB. As such, we’d offer free rent on this ground-floor, 105 sf bedroom, which includes private access to all the common areas, including the kitchen, in exchange for AirBnB oversight/housekeeping, which would entail contacting us if/when AirBnB Guests were non-compliant, cleaning one AirBnB room (we may add 2 more AirBnB rooms, for a total of 3), changing & washing the sheets, and dusting, & vacuuming after each guest, in exchange for free rent. That’s it. You would not be required to interact with AirBnB Guests.
You would share the bathroom with AirBnB Guests, however, AirBnB Guests would NOT have access to the kitchen or other common areas.
This arrangement would be on a trial basis. If it does not work out for either of us, you or we could give the other 30 days’ notice-to-vacate. Also, please note, the house is for sale, so if it sells and the new owners no longer wish to utilize it as a rental, you would be given 30 days’ notice-to-vacate.
We pay water, sewer, trash, & wi-fi. You pay Gas & Electricity. $500 refundable security deposit & background check required to take occupancy. This offer is for a single adult; unfortunately we are not currently renting to children or couples.
